Our products are made exclusively to order.

Should you have a particular fabric in mind we are able to order this for you.

Delivery

As all Ellwood Haigh products are hand made to order allow 28 days from receipt of payment. We will advise should this be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.

All items are carefully packaged and delivered by courier to your door. As these are high value items we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. There is a £25.00 delivery charge to anywhere in the UK. A shipping charge will be advised for orders outside the UK.

Cancellations

Full payment will be taken for our products once we have confirmed the order. If the order is cancelled within 5 working days we will happily refund 80% of the cost of the screen. Unfortunately because our products are being made to order we are unable to refund any monies after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights.
